great location friendly staff underground parking dark walls poor lighting kitchen supplies
i appreciated the hotel's great location. it was close to many attractions. the staff were friendly and supportive, they offered helpful assistance. the hotel offered underground parking with a discount, this was a convenient feature.
The hotel had very dark walls! dark furniture. the poor lighting made it difficult to see. the kitchen lacked basic supplies. There wasn't even a glass.

excellent downtown stay
helpful staff separate area water pressure
i found the staff very helpful (always smiling!). my room was quite large with a separate sitting area. the shower had great water pressure. i appreciated the map provided at check-in which highlighted key attractions.
i found the coffee pods limited and had to request more.

the hotel boasts convenient inside parking, furthermore, the location places you within walking distance of numerous downtown areas. a metro station is very close, providing great transport options.

The studio included a kitchenette, complete with a microwave and fridge. my studio had a comfortable queen bed and a well kept bathroom. The room was also clean and well-presented, which i always appreciate.

A Convenient but Imperfect Stay
convenient location great location metro access slow check-in dingy bathroom stained carpet
The location was definitely a highlight. I could easily walk to the Metro and explore many areas. Chinatown and several restaurants were very close. It made getting around very convenient for me.
Check-in was slow, I waited quite a while. My bathroom seemed a bit dingy. The carpet in the main room had some noticeable stains.
